Refund policy

Effective August 2026. This page is the formal wording. The plain-English version, with the four steps and the timings, is on the guarantee page.

1. Scope

This policy covers purchases of JellyTide made through ejellytide.com and the authorized checkout it links to. It does not cover purchases made from any other seller, marketplace, reseller or retail outlet, because Bellweather Provisions, Inc. has no record of and no payment relationship with those transactions.

2. The refund window

Sixty calendar days from the purchase date shown on your order confirmation. The window is fixed to the purchase date, not the delivery date, and not the date the last bottle was opened.

3. Condition of use

The manufacturer's guarantee is written around a minimum of thirty days of use before a satisfaction-based refund is requested. Requests based on delivery problems, damage, incorrect items or an ordering error are not subject to that condition and are handled immediately.

4. How to open a request

Email [email protected] from the address associated with the order, quoting the order number. A returns address is issued within one business day. Do not send goods to the Spokane office address; returns received there are delayed rather than lost, but they are delayed.

5. Return of goods

Opened, partially used and unopened bottles are all accepted. Return carriage is the buyer's responsibility and is not reimbursed except where the return arises from our error. We recommend a tracked service; a parcel we never receive cannot be refunded.

6. Processing and settlement

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days of the returned parcel arriving at the fulfilment centre. The typical settlement is five to nine days. Your card issuer may take a further one to three days to display the credit, which is outside our control.

7. Partial and multiple orders

Where several packs were bought in separate transactions, each is treated separately against its own purchase date. Where a single order is partially returned, the refund is calculated on the per-bottle price actually paid for that pack, not on the list price.

8. Exclusions

We cannot refund goods bought elsewhere, requests made after the window closes, or goods that cannot be linked to an order in our system. Suspected counterfeit stock is not refundable by us because no payment was taken by us; report it to [email protected] and see the verification page.

9. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of your state. Where a state rule provides a stronger remedy than this policy, the state rule applies.
