Privacy notice

Effective August 2026. Written to be read rather than skimmed, because a privacy notice nobody reads protects nobody.

The short version

This portal is a static website. It has no login, no database, no shopping cart and no server-side code that stores anything about you. When you press an order button you leave for the manufacturer's authorized checkout, and everything sensitive happens there under their privacy terms rather than ours.

What this site collects directly

Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies placed by us. Our host keeps standard server logs of requests, which contain an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and a browser string. Those logs exist for security and troubleshooting and roll off after thirty days.

Fonts and third-party requests

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google can see your IP address in the process. That is the only third-party request this site makes. We use no analytics platform, no heatmap tool and no social embeds.

When you email us

Your message, your address and anything you choose to include arrive in our support inbox and stay there. We use them to answer you and to process refunds, and we keep them for two years so that a repeat query has context. We do not add support correspondents to a marketing list, because we do not run one.

The contact form

The form on the contact page opens your own email client with the fields prefilled. Nothing is transmitted to this website and no copy is stored here. If you close the client without sending, the message simply does not exist.

Orders and payment

Card details are never entered on ejellytide.com and we never receive them. Checkout is operated by the manufacturer's authorized payment partner. What reaches us afterwards is limited to what we need to service an order: name, delivery address, email, order number and pack purchased.

Sharing

We share order details with the fulfilment centre so a parcel can be packed and posted, and with the payment partner so a refund can be issued. That is the complete list. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we have never received a government request for it.

Your rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy statutes may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for correction, and ask for deletion. Write to [email protected] with the word privacy in the subject. We answer within thirty days and we do not require an account to make a request, because there are no accounts.

Children

This site and this product are for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes and contact
