Getting JellyTide to your door
Orders placed before the afternoon cut-off leave the fulfilment centre the same business day, and everything else goes out the next. Average delivery inside the United States is three to six business days. The four and eight-bottle packs ship free; the two-bottle pack adds shipping at checkout.

Where we ship
United States addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii and military APO and FPO boxes. We do not ship internationally during the 2026 cycle, and we cannot forward to a freight consolidator. Post office boxes are fine for the domestic carrier we use.
Tracking your parcel
The tracking email arrives from the fulfilment partner rather than from us, so check your spam folder before assuming it did not send. If there is no tracking number 48 hours after your confirmation email, write to [email protected] with the order number and we will chase it from our side.
If something goes wrong
- Parcel marked delivered but missing. Check with neighbours and the building desk first, then write to us on day two. Carriers occasionally scan early.
- Damaged in transit. Photograph the outer box and the bottles before unpacking further. We replace damaged orders and we do not ask for the damaged goods back.
- Wrong pack received. Keep everything sealed and email us. The correct pack ships the same day and we send a prepaid label for the return.
- Address typed wrong. Tell us within two hours of ordering and we can usually catch it before dispatch. After that it has to run its course and come back.
Returns
Do not post returns to the Spokane office. Email [email protected] first and you will receive the fulfilment centre address within one business day. Return postage is the buyer's cost. The full terms sit on the guarantee page and the legal wording on the refund policy page.
